DUBAI // The country's governing tennis body are using the participation of top players such as Roger Federer in tournaments held in the UAE to boost grassroots involvement in the sport.Tennis Emirates (TE) say a shift in policy means they now organise junior competitions at events such as next month's Capitala World Tennis Championshp and that it has been such a success they estimate the amount of registered players in the Emirates could reach 2,000 by next May, 1,000 more than initally predicted...
