Membership applications forms can be obtain from Tennis Emirates (TE) website or by requesting through the TE or MEDIAPRO Middle East (MPME) offices.
Affiliation application forms can only be obtained through the TE or MPME offices or by using the Contact Us form at the TE website.

All membership/affiliation application will be processed within 1 week upon complete submission of all required documents and payment and membership cards/affiliation certificates will be available for collection after 2 weeks.
All approved membership/affiliation application will receive a confirmation letter from MPME, including information on how to collect your membership card/affiliation certificate.
